Neon City is an ongoing manga project by Jake Wade. The comics on this site are stories that exist separately from the main comic (for the most part), so they should be easy to follow without a lot of explanation. Before you read them, you may want to read the "About" section, but it's not necessary.

So... I finished Soulseeker a long time ago, but haven't posted it here. I am working on a new story right now, but you can still read Neon City Special: Soulseeker and all the other comics on this site in the meantime.
