Hello. My name is Jake Wade (born Jakie, pronounced "j-key," not Jackie.. I also go by J). I am an illustrator, graphic artist, and web designer. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (Multimedia) and an Associate's Degree in Fine Art. I am currently a webmaster for a TV station, but I would like to work in the field of animation or video games as a character designer, storyboard artist, or something similar. Comics would be nice as well.
I've been drawing for as long as I can remember. As I continue to practice, I get better everyday. I am never completely pleased with my artwork, so that drives me to practice and get even better.
I do a comic called Neon City, which I've been doing for many years. It is the story of a group of fighters who were unknowingly chosen by God to protect the Earth from demons and other evil beings. I am in the process of making the new online series, "NEON CITY M," but in the meantime, CLICK HERE to read "NEON CITY." The stories on here exist separately from the main NC comic, so they should be easy to follow without much explanation.
